I thought I would just type a message from His word today and meditate on it. For anyone who may read this, may you find peace, comfort, strength, and perseverance in these words.
From Psalm 71 verse 1-5:
In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge;
let me never be put to shame.
Rescue me and deliver me in your righteousness;
turn your ear to me and save me.
Be my rock of refuge to which I can always go;
give the command to save me,
for you are my rock and my fortress.
Deliver me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked,
from the grasp of evil and cruel men.
For you have been my hope, O Sovereign Lord,
my confidence since my youth.
Amen.

- I am a sinner saved by God's grace. I, like most people, find myself scrambling to make time for God. I decided to start a blog after reading "Too Busy Not To Pray", by Bill Hybels. This is the 3rd time I read this book, but the 1st time it made a difference. I need to "slow down" and spend time with my Creator. Mr. Hybels recommends journaling, which I tried in the past. I thought I would commit to creating a blog as the method of journaling. My intentions were to blog every day, but then life happened. I need to do better.
